Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between authors, reviewers, readers, and the Eruditica Journal of Law, Management & Society (EJLMS), published by Eruditica Press. By submitting to, reviewing for, or otherwise interacting with the journal, you accept the terms below.
1. Submission
By submitting a manuscript, the corresponding author warrants that: (a) the work is original and has not been previously published; (b) the work is not currently under consideration elsewhere; (c) all listed co-authors have approved the submission; (d) the work does not infringe any third-party copyright, privacy, or proprietary right; (e) all funding, conflicts of interest, and ethical approvals are disclosed.
2. Peer review and editorial decision
Manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer review. The journal's editorial decisions are final, but authors may submit a reasoned written appeal to the Editor-in-Chief. Editorial decisions are made on the basis of scholarly merit, methodological rigor, originality, and fit with scope — never on the basis of the author's identity, institution, or ability to pay.
3. Article Processing Charges
Authors are liable for the APC only after the manuscript has been formally accepted. See Article Processing Charges and Waiver Policy.
4. Licence and copyright
Authors retain copyright. Articles are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). See Copyright & Licensing.
5. Post-publication corrections
The journal will issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions where necessary, following COPE retraction guidelines. The original article remains accessible alongside the notice.
6. Privacy
Author and reviewer personal data is processed only in connection with editorial workflow. See the Privacy Statement.
7. Limitation of liability
The journal endeavours to ensure the accuracy of published material but is not liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of published content. The opinions expressed in articles are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect those of the editors or publisher.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
