The Eruditica Journal of Law, Management & Society (EJLMS) is an open-access journal published by Eruditica Press. Readers may access published articles without subscription barriers or paywalls.
Access and reuse
EJLMS supports immediate open access to scholarly work. Unless otherwise stated on an article page, articles are intended to be distributed under a Creative Commons licence, with CC BY 4.0 as the preferred open-access licence. Authors retain copyright while granting the journal the right of first publication.
Author rights
- Authors retain copyright in their published work.
- Authors may share and deposit the final published version where permitted by the applicable licence.
- Reuse must provide proper attribution to the authors, article title, journal, DOI where available, and licence.
Publishing transparency
