Certificate

Certificate of Publication

EJLMS issues a formal Certificate of Publication for every article accepted and published in the journal. The certificate serves as a verifiable record of authorship and publication for institutional reporting, performance evaluations, promotion files, and grant applications.

What the certificate contains

  • Full article title
  • Names and affiliations of all listed authors
  • Journal title, ISSN, volume, issue, and DOI
  • Date of publication and date of certificate issue
  • Editorial signature and journal seal
  • Verifiable certificate ID (URL or QR code) linking to the article's canonical landing page

How to obtain a certificate

Certificates are issued automatically to the corresponding author within 7 working days of online publication, delivered as a PDF to the email on file. Co-authors who wish to receive an individually addressed copy may request one at no additional cost.

Replacement copies

To request a replacement certificate or a certificate for an article published prior to the launch of automated issuance, write to [email protected] with the article DOI and the recipient's name. Replacement certificates are issued at no charge.

Verification

Each certificate carries a unique ID. Institutions or evaluators can verify authenticity by visiting the linked article landing page on the EJLMS site. Certificates are not transferable.
